The Last Parody Song?

Has the idea of creating amusing software-oriented lyrics for popular songs run its course? Perhaps. Band on the Runtime, probably the most visible example of this trend in the .NET world, appears to be on hiatus (and not a moment too soon, I can hear some of you thinking). But there's at least one more that's worth hearing.

At TechEd Amsterdam, Pat Helland performed his version of Don McLean's American Pie, reimagined as Mr. CIO Guy. He's accompanied by Don Box on a bass/guitar combination and by me on piano. You can't really tell from the video, but the crowd response was great--Pat got a standing ovation.
